About me

I trained for 4 years with Gloucestershire Counselling Service, achieving a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF). I also underwent personal psychotherapy as a requirement of the Diploma training.

As well as working in Private Practice, I have worked with Gloucestershire Counselling Service and also with SHARE (Young People's Counselling Service).

I have worked in a variety of settings including the Civil Service and also as a Support Worker with people with physical and learning disabilities, and mental health problems.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work to and abide by the BACP code of ethics.
